About
Katy has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland and completed Immigration Law through Massey University (NZ)Â in 2009. Gaining her Immigration Advisers License in 2010 and NZAMI Membership in 2011, Katy also has vast experience in the spectrum of Human Resources and Employment Relations, gained predominantly in Senior Human Resource Management roles in Hospitality, Retail and Civil Construction.
As a previous Retail business owner with 50+ employees, Katy has a unique insight and first hand experience, of the impact and application of both Immigration and Employment law in New Zealand.
Fees
Fees will vary on a case by case basis, depending on factors such as the visa type, case complexity, the number of applicants, preparation required, liaison with external stakeholders required and the amount of client assistance.
We charge a fee for an initial consultation.Â
After our initial consultation, you will be provided with a letter of advice, together with a schedule of fees and services. This quote will clearly set out a breakdown of all costs and billing stages, including INZ fees and charges, in the agreement for fees and services.
